Southwestern bedspreads will typically have colors and motifs from the areas of New Mexico, Arizona. When I hear about Southwestern, I think about the symbols of Native American Indians and the colors of the earth like turquoise, terracotta and sage that the Southwest is known for. You can have most styles of bedroom furniture when you decorate with a Southwestern bedspread. You might like to include pottery, cactus, and tin as part of the bedroom décor.
